Business Terms & Conditions

This agreement is between Fiona Kearns of Kearns Consultancy and the named user  (hereafter referred to as the client).

Online Course

In order to purchase a course you will need to enroll with us online and read our privacy policy before you register. You can then purchase a course by clicking the purchase button on the course you have selected. You will then be asked to complete your purchase by providing a debit or credit card for the course you have selected. You will receive a receipt for your purchase by email and you will then be able to commence the course immediately. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall give you any right or other licence to use copy or otherwise use or exploit in any way any intellectual property, including written, visual and audio material, contained in the content of any course provided to you in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Partnership

Our agreement is between the client and service provider for business coaching services. Client acknowledges that  coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his or her life and the client agrees  that deciding how to handle these issues is exclusively the Client’s responsibility

Termination and Limited Liability

Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing the account. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees,  representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the  coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable  to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any  damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the  Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the  termination date.

Personal Responsibility

Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different  areas of his or her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and  recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching  principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.

Schedule and Fees

The agreement is valid as at payment date. Payments are non-refundable. If rates  change before the agreement is made, the prevailing rates apply.
